No problem! Your confirmation email will include a direct link where you can reschedule or cancel your call up to 2 hours before the start time.
Does my child need to be present for the 15-minute Intake Call?
No, this initial call is just for you and the Head Coach to map out your goals, discuss package options, and align on a game plan.
Where do the actual tutoring sessions take place?
For ultimate convenience, our varsity mentors come directly to your home or meet at a local Ottawa public library branch near you.
Who are the coaches, and how are they qualified?
Our academic coaches are former & elite university varsity student-athletes from the Ottawa area. They bring the same discipline, work ethic, and teamwork from the court or field into your home. Additionally, every single custom learning playbook and diagnostic drill is designed and supervised by Ontario Certified Teachers (OCT) to ensure it perfectly aligns with the current Ontario Curriculum.
What subjects and grade levels do you cover?
We specialize in core academic foundational skills for student-athletes in Grades 2 through 6. Our tailored programs focus heavily on Math (The Stat Sheet), English reading comprehension and writing (The Playbook), and French Immersion oral conversation (Le Match).
How long does the summer program last?
Our program is entirely flexible to fit your summer family plans! While we offer a pay-as-you-go model, most families opt for our "Full-Summer Playbook Package" (8+ hours), which runs consistently through July and August to keep core skills sharp and completely prevent the summer learning slide before September.
What does a typical 60-minute session look like?
Every session is structured like a high-energy practice. We start with a quick 5-minute dynamic warm-up to review previous concepts, move into 45 minutes of core "playbook drills" focused on Math, English, or French, and finish with a 10-minute post-session debrief (The Game Film) where the coach updates you on your child's progress.
