Encourage a healthy active lifestyle through developing the proper fundamental movement and physical literacy skills with a focus on character development. Our program provides the opportunity for participants to learn the importance of respect, fairness, cooperation, responsibility, acceptance, and perseverance through a variety of activities, games, and sports.

THE MYTH THAT IS “JUST HAPPENS”
although many childred develop good physical skills on their own, there are many who do not. Physically skilled children often enjoy a vigorous healthy play, while the less skilled are often left out. This can lead to decreased effort and eventually withdraw from physical activities.

The Active Start Program combines play and structured activities to get children active abd involve in physical activity. The program is individualized to allow each child to develop at their own rate. The Active Start Program aims to establish a sound base of fundamentals movement and basic general sports skills so your child can move easily into any sport.
the active Start Program supports the development of fundamental movement skills in children aged 6-9 years in a fun and purposeful way. Fundamental movement skills provide a foundation for manu physical activities including play, games, dance, outdoor recreation, and sport. Having these skills is an essential part of enjoyable participation and lifelong interest in a active lifestyle.
