After School Instructional Programs
Research now shows that positive development is most likely when young people have diverse opportunities to explore and develop a range of physical, psychological and social abilities across multiple activities and sports. Participating regularly in a variety of sports and physical activities yield many documented physical, psychological and social benefits related to both short-term and long-term development.
Encourage a healthy active lifestyle through developing the proper fundamental movement and physical literacy skills with a focus on character development. Our program provides the opportunity for participants to learn the importance of respect, fairness, cooperation, responsibility, acceptance, and perseverance through a variety of activities, games, and sports.
School Wide Workshops
Our coaches love to come to a school and work with students and teachers to develop a healthy active Phys. Ed program that promotes PHYSICAL LITERACY. It can be developing obstacle courses for Kindergarten children or grade 6’s; it can be learning modified sports as developed by Canada’s own National Sports organizations like Mini Volleyball or adapted cooperative games that enhance the fundamental movements of children. Our motto is “PLAY WITH PURPOSE!” and that is what we promote!
