Encourage a healthy active lifestyle through developing proper fundamental movement and physical literacy skills with a focus on character development. Our program provides the opportunity for participants to learn the importance of respect, fairness, cooperation, responsibility, acceptance, and perseverance through a variety of activities, games, and sports.
Our coaches love to come to a school and work with students and teachers to develop a healthy active Phys. Ed program that promotes PHYSICAL LITERACY. It can be developing obstacle courses for Kindergarten children or grade 6’s; it can be learning modified sports as developed by Canada’s own National Sport organizations like Mini Volleyball; or adapted cooperative games that enhance the fundamental movements of children. Our moto is “PLAY WITH PURPOSE!” and that is what we promote!
