At this age, physical activity should always be fun, and part of the child’s daily life. Active play in a safe and challenging environment is the best way to keep children physically active. During the one hour session children will explore their physical world, and experience fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, catching, throwing, etc.
spikers

Spikers 4 on 4

Children who participate in the Spikes Program will learn the basics of volleyball: forearm and overhead passing, attacking, serving, and basic team movement. Game play and the environment is modified to ensure that every athlete is involved with each play, ensuring maximum learning, increased early success, improving the ‘enjoyability’ and ‘fun factor’ for all involved.
