The Volleyball Academy is now entering its 3rd summer. The Academy is unlike any program offered for the volleyball player looking to take their skills to their highest levels. Each summer the Academy works with athletes as young as 14 years of age and also with a growing list of athletes currently playing professionally in Europe.

The Academy program is designed for those athletes prepared to put in the time and energy required to improve their game so they can compete with the very best. The Academy provides an opportunity for athletes to work with our areas top coaches and direct access to specialized professionals in the area Conditioning, Nutrition, and Mental Training.

Our 14U - 17U Volleyball Academy will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of Jeff Mooney. Athletes will experience an 8-week intensive summer training program focused on skill correction and refinement. Training time will be primarily dedicated to addressing individual technical issues that often do not get attended to in normal team practice situations. Since the Academy is not team based, we have no team performance priorities and have the capacity to focus solely on individual performance. Thus, it becomes possible for us to take the time to correct individual deficiencies that in season tend to get put off, ignored or compensated for through the use of team systems.

Our 18U - Professional Players will experience the opportunity to refine specific areas of their game required to take their performance to the next level.
