Objectives
Learn all fundamental movement skills and build overall motor skills.
Multi-Sport Camp is for the camper who loves athletics and friendly
competition, but doesn't want to focus on one particular sport.

About Our Camps
Active
Start and Multi Sport camps follow the Long-Term Athlete Development
(LTAD.ca) model promoted
by the Canadian Coaches Association and Canadian Sports Centre.
LTAD is a progressive pathway of development that recognizes
the distinct stages of physical, mental, cognitive and emotional
development in child athletes. LTAD is for the athlete who
shows early promise and also for those who may be late developers.
Good sportsmanship, team work, fair play and development of
physical literacy (competent in fundamental movement skills
for sport and physical activity), A typical day will provide
campers with instruction in designated sports, as well as
exposure to other sports through cooperative games and recreational
play.
